Let's Glow Buffalo WKBW BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) You could really feel the "Buffalove" Monday night in the Queen City.

A giant "One Buffalo" lit up Canalside in front of Harborcenter.

The buffalo was constructed by Patty's People Pictures, a local group that produces ariel photos. The red and blue lights beamed brightly to celebrate the revitalization of downtown.

The whole story can be found at this link.

Harborcenter Buffalo In late August, the construction crews at HARBORCENTER were treated to a well deserved lunch to celebrate the great work they have accomplished on downtown Buffalo's new gem. Following the lunch, hundreds of workers got together for a group photo taken from above in the shape of a Buffalo.
"I think it's a great opportunity to show our spirit," said one worker.
Here's the story from WGRZ-TV:

Patty Watson featured in Buffalo News From the Buffalo News:

Since Sept. 11, 2001, Patty Watson, of Hamburg, has seen the world in red, white and blue.
An eagle? She’ll stripe it. A liberty bell? She’ll star it. But Watson doesn’t use a brush or a pencil to paint her pictures. She uses people. Thousands of people.
Patty’s People Pictures, an organization founded, funded and orchestrated by Watson, is coating the country in cooperation, peace and patriotism, one image at a time.

As the Shout song roared, the kids and teachers showed their spirit as they shouted into formation.
It took a team effort to assemble quickly and efficiently. The entire school enjoyed the "One for All, All for One" image.

America Remembers - A 9/11 Tribute AMERICA Remembers was created Friday,September 16th, 2011 during the 9/11 tribute in Hamburg ,NY . My goal was to have it include 2755 people, the number who died in the WTC. The event was followed an incredible ceremony.

Frontier High School and Big Tree Elementary united as one. This image contains 2780 people pixels. My goal was to represent the number which died in the WTC on 9/11. Special quests were invited, including Chris Collins, Dignitaries, 25 servicemen, 40 first responders, 12 Veterans, 4 injured soldiers including Chris Kreiger, Major William Biondillo, one dog from Afghanistan.

Sky divers delivered an American Flag later presented to the Walier family by the Marines color guard. Also in attendance was an American Eagle, a bagpiper, performing "Amazing Grace", doves which were released. Over 100 volunteers helped assemble this formation. This image is 160 feet. Photographer Dave Sion shot this from 100 ft. Aerial designer Patty Watson of Pattys People Pictures painted planned, and organized by height. Within minutes voila, a Live AMERICA.

You can see a video of the entire production here.

Special guest Ashley Bunce joined all the way from DC as a representative for the Bob Woodruff Foundation "Stand Up For Heroes". She brought 3000 dog tags you can"t see is the sound of patriotic songs, the smiles and whispers of the kids, and the the feeling of strength as we were in the presence of all the HEROES in uniforms. Many tears were had by all.As the students marched in from all sides, the walk ways were lined with soldiers, Marines, Airmen, police, firemen, dignitaries, our school board, and admin.Soloist Vanessa Surez serenaded us with God Bless America. Frontier band played patriotic music. The cooperation and respect demonstrated by all students was commendable. Many thanks to Bank of America for their generous sponsorship along with other community donors allowing for the purchase of matching red, white, and blue AMERICA Remembers T-shirts.
